Week one wasn’t so bad

Lentil Soup

I managed to survive week one quite well, no major issues and fall in weight which is always welcome.

I had quite a few salads, grilled chicken and a great spicy lentil soup, I didn’t think I was missing out on any good food at least. I do miss the sandwiches though. But as I can eat two in the space of 10 minutes and still be hungry, I think that is for the best.

Water intake was up, but so was I during the middle of the night needing to pee – very much a middle age problem there I think!

Blood pressure: 126/94

Heart rate: 73

Weight: 105.5kg

So a drop in 2.6kg over the week which I think is good enough for week one.
